LADIES MINISTRIES BAKE SALE

WE NEED YOUR HELP

We are needing individual to take the time to make the following bake goods that we can sell at our booth at the Walmart Supercenter on August 26th. We also need volunteers to sign up to be available to help sell our bake goods. Signup sheets will be made available Sunday morning, August 20th & Wednesday night August 23rd. Thank you for your help in the special fundraiser.

LIST OF ITEMS THAT WILL SELL

• COOKIES – any kind
• BROWNIES
• PIES – any kind
• CAKES – any kind
• CUPCAKES – any kind
• BREADS – any kind
• CANDY – any kind
• TRASH – made with Chex mix

QUANITY FOR SELL

• Divide your cookies into a dozen per sell (3 dozen cookies would make 3 separate sells)
• Divide your cupcakes where you sell individual, two or four per sell. (A cupcake recipe could make as high as 6 sells)
• Make small loafs of bread where you can get at least, possibly 4 loafs from one batch
• Instead of making big cakes, divide the batter and make your cakes in small pans where you can get more than one cake out of your recipe.
• DO NOT MAKE ANYTHING THAT HAS TO BE REFRIGERATED.
