SEPTEMBER 26th – “POTLUCK” MEAL & DESSERT
This month we want to feature “Round the World” dishes. Feel free to fix a Mexican dish, Italian dish, Asian Dish, or other dishes that are recognized as recipes from other countries besides America. If you do not have a recipe of a meat, vegetable, salad, or dessert dish, feel free to bring an all American dish instead.

HOLLOWEEN PARTY with POTLUCK MEAL & DESSERT
10:30 – 11:30 EVENTS – We would like for everyone to dress up as a famous individual that you read about in the OLD TESTAMENT. Bring a index card with a short piece of information about your person that we can use in one of our games. We will be having games, prizes and a short devotion before we eat lunch.
11:30 LUNCH – “SOUP OF THE DAY” We would like for you to bring your favorite soup with cornbread or crackers. You can make vegetable, a cream soup, chili, or any other of your choice. If you can not bring a soup, team up with someone and volunteer to bring crackers or cornbread to go with their soup.

TALLENT SHOW & THANKSGIVING MEAL
10:30 – We want to begin the day with individuals sharing their special talent. We will have a signup sheet for those who want to participate. We are looking for singers, instrumentalist, story tellers, poet readers, comedy skits, monologs, etc… We would like for you to use a “Thanksgiving Theme”
11:30 – We will share in a thanksgiving meal. The turkey and ham will be provided. We ask that you bring vegetable, salads, and/or desserts as your covered dish for the meal.
